Terra Engineering is a civil engineering firm that brings
over 35 years of professional engineering experience to the
Roosevelt Road project. The principals of Terra
Engineering, Ltd. have experience in the design and management
of infrastructure for municipal capital improvements, highway
and traffic improvements and site development projects.
Terra Engineering is the prime for Phase II.
The Lakota Group
The Lakota Group provides services involving planning,
urban design, landscape architecture, and community relations.
The firm, located in Chicago, was established in 1993 to serve
a wide range of public and private sector clients in urban,
suburban, and rural settings. The firm's approach is
reflected in its name, Lakota, which is a Native American word
meaning allies. Lakota's professionals share a
strong respect for land, a sense of community, and a desire to
bring people together to work as allies for positive change.
Lakota will be assisting Terra Engineering through Phase
II of the project.
